We don't know where Windlass is now but in 1999 Jim Huxford received the following email from Michael Sturdivant. Our field investigators are trying to track her down

Could you send me an E-mail copy of the color brochure for the Yankee Dolphin? I was glad to see your web page. I have a beautiful (and now well re-furbished) 67 Dolphin, "Windlass". We took a few scrapes during the last hurricane but used these cosmetic needs to spark painting and rigging, etc. all around. She's been in Ft. Walton Beach, FL for about a year and a half now after an adventurous voyage from her former home with my Grandfather on Lake Guntersville, AL. A friend and I sailed her down the Tennessee river to the Tennessee-Tombigbee waterway...to Mobile then down the intracoastal. 725 miles in ten days! Anyway, I have an old copy of the brochure but it's tattered and black and white. A fresh printing would be appropriate to go with her now good as new look.
Thanks.

June 13, 2023 Well it took a while to find her but Michael posted on the Dolphin 24 website page
"Cut away the jungle to reveal my Dolphin. Been on the hard for too many years now, but she’s cleaning up nicely"
