I have a Dolphin 24' made by Yankee Yachts. She is 24' 5" LOA. This boat is a classic racer, beautiful when restored.
-A great fixer-upper.
-The sailboat has no centerboard, it dropped in the harbor a few years ago and was never recovered.
-The mast was taken own as a consequence of the Center Board, however it is available it is stored in a boat yard in the waterfront.
-She does not come with an engine or anchor gear, you will have to buy that yourself.
-There is a small leak in the rudder-post, actually no leak but loose packing. So the rudder-post must be repacked. This is extremely easy i just haven't had the time to do it.
-Tiller in good condition, Inside dry and spacious.
-Boat includes Bilge Pump, but no battery.
-This would be a great first boat but it needs some TLC and a responsible owner.

I have had her anchored in Marina 5 or the Santa Barbara Year Round Anchorage since March of 2008. She just needs a good home and someone to fix her up. I recommend trailering her out to work on her but its up to you. I would keep her and i am very sad to see her go but i don't have the time or money to keep her up.
