Below is the ad and photos, and here is the link to the ad

Yes, for those of you checking this web site often, this is the second of these nifty little pocket yachts we have had the privilege to represent this year, the first (Anne Bonny) having just recently been sold. With her classic lines, characteristic of the Sparkman and Stephens touch, this Olin Stephens design has become something of a cult boat for lovers of the traditional pocket cruiser/racer. Restored boats bring significant returns. (As of this writing, there are two currently listed on Yacht World, one for $18K and one for $29K!) Their design pedigree is unmistakable.

Olin Stephens himself, in a note to the sales manager of the O'Day Corporation said "…we have always thought of the Dolphin as one of our best designs." This boat has a main, two jibs, anchor and rode, alcohol stove, head, holding tank, and Horizon VHF. Her accommodates include a vee berth forward. Moving aft, the head is to starboard with a hanging locker to port. On the port side in the main cabin is the ice box, stainless steel sink, and the alcohol stove. On starboard is a dinette table with a chart-covered top.

To find out more about these great little vessels and see the high regard in which they are held by their very enthusiastic owners, check out the class web site at www.dolphin24.org. This boat is a sweet sailing classic whose value will be easily increased by a little TLC.

Please phone Bill at 510-338-4485 -- or Del at 510-517-2575 -- or Tim at 510-331-7899 -- and if leaving a voicemail, please slowly say your phone number twice. You can also contact us by email. rycfoundation@gmail.com

Stay Tuned
